A tutorial on how to make Bleach's Neliel Tu's mask!

Let me first say that, yes, I know, I am wordy. I am sorry. orz. This was also my first not complete fail three dimensional art piece. *throws confetti* This is also my first tutorial! Today is a first for everything, I suppose.

The mask took me about 6 hours to make. With enough time for food and crack singing and dancing in between. It was actually very simple to make. Anyone with at least a little artistic ability can do it. So good luck!

Would model magic also be good for making Taokakas mask?

I've done this last year but I don't think it's a good idea before the clay is very weight. Also, it can broke easily AND the mask become a little smaller during drying.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. It's not clay though and is very light weight. It is true that it isn't as durable as I have hoped. But the only time it broke was when I was moving and didn't pack it well. The part that broke was only parts that I attached with glue. It didn't shrink either. I made a judging error in the original size, so it was small to begin with. But when I put it on after it dried, it was exactly how I constructed it in the beginning.

The only downfall I found was that the black color fades over time. Next time I shouldn't take the cheap way out and just paint it instead. x3

Also, just a tip but if the craft stores around you give out good coupons (for example, AC Moore/Micheal's often give out 50% off coupons in the newspaper) you get your Model Magic for even cheaper!

That would be awesome but I don't have those stores here, I think. o_o; I actually didn't check out craft stores since I don't have a car. D: It's okay though. I got 2lbs for $20. So it's not so bad. xD; Thanks for the tip though!

Thanks~. <3 It was inspired from your Edward wig tutorial. hahaha. I sorta regret that I didn't remove all my FMA crap before I started taking pictures though. You can see that I'm not truly a Bleach fan. hahaha.... =_=U
